Delivery

We offer standard free delivery in UK (England, Wales and Scotland, excluding Channel islands etc) for all orders valued more than £150. Please ensure that your shipping address details are entered correctly when placing your order.  We will not be responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.  For orders with volume less than 1 pallet, if the order is placed and confirmed with us before 2pm on each working day, the order will be despatched via UPS next day service on the same day; if the order is placed and confirmed with us after 2pm on each working day, the order will be despatched via UPS next day service the next working day. For orders with volume more than 1 pallet, if the order is placed and confirmed with us before 12 noon on each working day, the order will be despatched via PalletLine next day service on the same day; if the order is placed and confirmed with us after 12 noon on each working day, the order will be despatched via PalletLine next day service the next working day.
